Sending your goods to you
All UK postage is FREE and we aim to despatch items ordered in the shortest possible time. Orders received after 11am Monday to Thursday will be sent the following working day. If the item is not in stock we will notify you of an estimated delivery date by email.
All orders are despatched by Royal Mail 48 unless a Royal Mail 24 is selected. Royal Mail 24 is an overnight but not a guaranteed service.
We also offer a courier service which offers a next day delivery. Unfortunately Glint cannot be held responsible for delays to selected courier services.
We will despatch all processed orders to UK addresses – England, Scotland and Wales, however, some UK addresses may not be covered by the next day courier service. We offer International shipping for most of our products. The shipping is priced according to weight. Please contact us for details.
Please allow 10 days to receive your order once it has been despatched unless otherwise specified. Contact us with any queries about delivery of your goods and we'll be happy to help.
If you're not 100% happy
We hope that you are happy with your shopping experience with Glint but we understand that sometimes you may want to return some items.
If you need to return faulty goods please contact us and notify us of the fault, including your order reference in your message. We will then inform you of the returns process for faulty goods. Please return the unopened items to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange, refund or credit note, Glint must be contacted prior to any items being returned so that a valid returns number can be issued. This returns number will be used in all correspondence relating to the refund. Refunds may be delayed if a valid returns number is not quoted.
Please not that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Please wrap the items very securely, giving full details, and return them to us by insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.
We offer free returns for all items purchased through our website (for UK purchases only), just get in touch and let us know you want to return an item and we will take it from there.
If a courier charge was selected by you when you placed your order only the value of the goods will be refunded, we cannot refund courier charges when goods are returned.
Overseas orders: Please note that all refunds to overseas orders will be done in British Pounds for the exact amount charged by us in Pounds. Glint cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result of any such fluctuations.
All breakages or faults noticed on receipt must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We require photographic evidence of damaged items before the items can be replaced. If Photographic evidence is not available then we will send returns labels for the return of the faulty goods.
