1. Ordering Online

Glint offers a full secure shopping basket and checkout so using your credit or debit card for payment is completely secure. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Finding a Product

Browse the online store by visiting our product pages, using the category menus to navigate. Click on the relevant category and the products available will be displayed. When you find the required product, click the image to see further details.

Purchasing a product

Once you have selected a product, click the Add Item button. The shopping basket screen should then appear showing confirmation of your selection. You can either continue shopping, update the shopping basket or proceed to the checkout to pay for your goods.

Proceed to Checkout

Once you've finished shopping proceed to the checkout where you can pay for your goods by card, knowing that a totally secure connection is being used.

2. Postage & Packaging

All UK postage is FREE

We aim to despatch orders received by midday on the same day (subject to stock availability). Please allow 7 days to receive your order once it has been despatched unless otherwise specified.

 

We offer a courier service which offers a delivery of between 1-2 days. We do our best to meet these delivery times but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays to courier services. 

Orders received after midday will be despatched the following working day, (please note that orders will not be despatched after midday on a Friday, over the weekend or bank holidays). If the item is not in stock we will notify you of an estimated delivery date by email. We aim to despatch items ordered in the shortest possible time.

We will despatch all processed orders to UK mainland addresses – England, Scotland and Wales. 

We can despatch orders internationally. Please email us for an international shipping quote at orders@thisisglint.com

3. Payment

You can either pay by credit or debit card (we accept Switch, Delta, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo). We use Sagepay for our payments so you can be sure that your payments are totally secure. We do not hold your card details on file.

4. Returns Policy - Items bought on the website

We hope that you are happy with your shopping experience with Glint but we understand that sometimes you may want to return some items. Please return the items to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange, refund or credit note, providing the goods are in perfect condition.

Please not that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Please wrap the items very securely, giving full details, and return them to us by insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.

The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Overseas orders: Please note that all refunds to overseas orders will be done in British Pounds for the exact amount charged by us in Pounds. Glint cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result of any such fluctuations.

 If you need to return faulty goods please contact us on orders@thisisglint.com and notify us of the fault. We will then inform you of the returns process for faulty goods. 

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We do not use this information for any marketing purposes, you won't receive any random emails from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• address
• phone number
• email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
